The On Hold Messaging Association (OHMA) is now the Experience Marketing Association (EMA). EMA is an international organization of the On Hold Messaging Association (OHMA) members, who came together in 2001 to advance the awareness of audio messaging as a cost-effective marketing tool. These dedicated professionals who now form the membership of the EMA will continue to use on-hold messaging as a core marketing principle while enhancing their efforts through new sight and scent marketing concepts.
